inspections are advisable for properties that are tenanted and
equally so for vacant properties.
For
tenanted properties, the report reflects the condition of the
property, generally at quarterly intervals, throughout the tenant's
lease. The report will enable the landlord to assess what work
may be required at the end of the tenancy or will alert them to
any repairs that the tenant is contracted to rectify under the
terms of their lease.
Periodic
inspections will also ensure the landlord/agent is informed of
any repairs that may need immediate attention - which the tenant
may not have alerted to the landlord/agent.
